| Accreditation |
Al-Bayan Bilingual School achieved accreditation in 1989. BBS is the first school in the region to have been awarded
accreditation from three separate organizations. The New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) and the
European Council of International Schools (ECIS), as well as the Kuwaiti Ministry of Education have all acknowledged
the high standards achieved by BBS.
BBS is also a member of Near East South Asia Council of Overseas Schools (NESA), the National Honors Society (NHS)
and The College Board, which give recognition to students with high academic records, good character, leadership skills,
and commitment to their community.
