 Please find below the main events that will take place in the Pre-School during the month of March, as well as some important reminders. Day and Date Event Monday, 8/3 KG 2 visit to the Green Island Wednesday, 10/3 KG 1 visit to the Green Island Wednesday, 10/3 Distribution of KG 2 Report Cards Thursday, 11/3 Early release for children - Nursery @ 11:00 - KG @ 11:05 Monday, 15/3 KG 2 visit to the College of Dentistry Thursday, 18/3 Nursery Orange Day Wednesday, 24/3 KG 2 International Concert ( details will be sent later) Thursday, 25/3 Free dress for Nursery and KG Friday, 26/3 Beginning of Spring Break Saturday, 3/4 End of Spring Break Sunday, 4/4 School resumes Please read the following reminders carefully: Early arrival/ Supervision of children: There is no supervision for children before 7:15. If you have to drop your child before 7:15, a parent or a nanny needs to stay with him/her. The school is not responsible for any child before that time. Tardiness: We stress the importance of bringing your child to school on time. Once the bell is rung at 7:30, all students should be in line with their classmates and teachers. This will help them establish a routine and gives them the feeling of being a part of the class. It is always difficult for a child to come in late after his/her peers have begun their activities. A vital part of our language program (Morning Assembly, Attendance, Calendar, Circle Time and Story Time) takes place in the beginning minutes of school. Please help ensure your child’s success by getting him/her to school on time. A record of your child’s tardiness is taken every day. Dismissal Time: The day ends at 1:10 for Nursery children and at 1:15 for KG children. The school’s responsibility ends once the students are signed out. All students are supposed to leave the school premises right after dismissal. They cannot stay on the playground to play. This is for their safety. Thank you for your cooperation and support!
