Parent-Teacher Conferences

Dear Preschool Parents,
We would like to inform you that the parent-teacher conferences will take place as scheduled on Wednesday, November 6th, and Thursday, November 7th, from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm. Parents will use the Skoolee on-line website to book their conferences with the classroom teacher.
Skoolee will open at 12:00 noon today, for you to book a conference time following the process shown in the attached document, using screenshots to guide you.
The online booking system will close on (Tuesday, November 5th) at 3:00 pm (the day before the conferences). For your convenience, the Skoolee website is arranged for our Preschool parents to book only once for the language teachers (under the Arabic teacher’s name) and the English teacher will automatically join that parent conference with you, at that time.

· Booking is not permitted using mobile devices/Skoolee App.
A gentle reminder to get the most out of your time at the conferences:
- Each conference is 10 minutes in length. It is important that this time limit is adhered to ensure all parents can meet with their child’s teachers at the allocated times. If you need additional time with your child’s teacher, please feel free to make another appointment with Ms. Rania, PS Secretary.
