MS Parent-Teacher Conferences
03 November 2019Dear Parents,
We would like to inform you that the progress reports will be given out to students on Tuesday, November 5th, and the parent conferences will take place as scheduled on Wednesday, November 6th, and Thursday, November 7th, from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Skoolee is now open for you to book an interview time following the process shown in the attached document, using screenshots to guide you. The online booking system will close on (Tuesday 5th November) at 3:00 p.m. (the day before the conferences). You will still be able to sign up for a slot with teachers when you arrive for the PTC, if they still have spaces available.

- Booking is not permitted using mobile devices/Skoolee App.
A couple of quick reminders to get the most out of your time at the conferences:
- Each conference is 10 minutes in length. It is important that this time limit is adhered to to ensure all parents can meet with their child’s teachers at the allocated times. If you need additional time with your child’s teacher, please feel free to make another appointment with the school’s receptionist.
- For Grades 5 to 12, I would strongly encourage you to bring your child with you to the conferences. These meetings discuss the learning that is occurring, so it is important that the learner (your child) is present and is a part of the conversation.
- Our student leaders will be on hand over these two days to help guide you to the correct classroom and help with any queries you may have.
