Exam Grades, Report Cards, and Parent Teacher Conferences

Dear Parents,

Happy New Year! The high school administration would like to communicate the time line for releasing Semester One exam grades, report cards, and the Semester One Parent Teacher Conferences.

Historically, exam grades have been announced on the semester report cards and not before. This year, due to length of time between the exams and the report cards, the administration decided that exam grades would be announced at the official end of the semester on January 16^th, to both parents and students. Students will be reviewing their exams with their teachers at that time.

Report cards will be sent home on January 28^th.

We highly encourage you, with your child, to make appointments during the Parent Teacher Conferences on February 12^th and 13^th to review the exams and discuss the successes and areas for growth in their classes.
