Parents Teachers Conferences

Dear Parents,
We would like to inform you that report cards will be distributed to students on Tuesday, January, 28th. Parent Teacher Conferences will take place on Wednesday, February 12th from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Thursday, February 13th from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Skoolee will be opened on Tuesday, January 28 to allow parents to book a meeting time following the process shown in the attached document and screenshots. The online booking system will be closed on Tuesday, February 11th at 3:00 p.m. (the day before the conferences). You will still be able to sign up for a slot with teachers when you arrive for the PTC if they still have spaces available.

- Use Skoolee website: https://skoolee.bbs.edu.kw/skoolee
- Booking is not permitted using mobile devices/Skoolee App.
A couple of quick reminders:
- Each conference is for 10 minutes (except in PS). It is important to stay within this time limit to ensure all parents can meet with their child’s teachers at the allocated times. If you need additional time with your child’s teacher, please feel free to make another appointment.
- For Grades 5 to 12, I would strongly encourage you to bring your child with you to the conferences. These meetings discuss the learning that is occurring, so it is important that the learner (your child) is present and is a part of the conversation.
- Our student leaders will be on hand over these two days to help guide you to the correct classroom and help with any queries you may have.
