ES December/January Packet Pick-Up!

Dear Elementary School Parents,

 

To accommodate the needs of both our students and of our parents, we have developed a monthly packet of required material for your children to use to assist them during the online classes. The dates for December & January pick-up are Wednesday, December 2, and Thursday, December 3, 2020 in ES Gym. Cash will also be refunded to parents of students who paid through Skoolee only, for field trips. These trips were scheduled for March 2020 and then cancelled:

  • 3KD for Grade 3 Field Trip to “Beit Al-Othman Museum”.
  • 8.250KD for Grade 4 Field Trip to “Cozmo Bowling Center”.
  • 7KD for Grade 5 Field Trip to “Trampo Extream”.

 

All ES Students are required to return any books that were checked out last year from the Library.

There will be a display in ES playground next to the GYM for lost and found items from last year. Please pass by and take your child’s belongings, such as school uniform or any other personal clothes.

Below, please find the packets delivery information for the respective grade levels.

  • Wednesday, December 2:
  • Grade 1                        10:30AM – 11:30AM
  • Grade 2                        11:30AM – 12:30PM
  • Grade 3                        12:30PM – 01:30PM
  • Grade 4                        01:30PM – 02:30PM
  • Grade 5                        02:30PM – 03:30PM

 

  • Thursday, December 3:
  • All Grades (1-5)            01:00PM – 03:30PM
