ES Parent Teacher Conferences!

Dear Elementary School Parents,

 

Kindly note that Semester One Report Cards for Elementary School will be posted on “Skoolee” on Tuesday, February 2nd. Two hard copies of the Progress Report for Term 1, and first Semester report will be submitted to parents along with March monthly packet.

We are looking forward to seeing you at the BBS Parent Teacher Conferences on the following days:

Sunday, Feb 7                         

                                               

Conferences Time:

Morning session students:

From 1 pm to 3:30 pm

Afternoon session students:

From 11 am to 1:30 pm

 

Opening Booking Time:

Wednesday, January 27th

 

Please note the following:

  • Login in to each meeting through the subject link using the classroom schedule shared on seesaw.  
  • Please find attached above ES Classroom Zoom Schedules to find your child/children class schedules.
  • Teachers will be admitting each parent at the time of their previously scheduled appointment on Skoolee.
  • If you would like to meet with ES Counselors or ES Dean of Students, please contact them through their email to set an appointment (all email addresses are posted on school website).
  • If you would like to meet one of Elementary school administrative team, please contact ES Administrative Assistants or ES Receptionist via email for this purpose.

 

A couple of quick reminders to get the most out of your time at the conferences:

  • Each conference is 10 minutes in length. It is important that this time limit is honored to ensure that all parents can meet with their child’s teachers at the allocated times. 
  • We encourage you to have your child with you during the conferences if possible.
  • We want to confirm that this time is for discussing student’s academic performance only, if you have other matters that you would like to discuss, please feel free to communicate via email with concerned parties to arrange a zoom meeting.

 

Booking information:

  • Booking system will be closed on Tuesday, February 2 at 2:30 p.m. (the day before the conference).
  • To make a booking, please use Skoolee website: https://skoolee.bbs.edu.kw/skoolee, following the process shown in the attached document.
  • Parents will have to use their children’s BBS account, please make sure you have the username and password before logging into the meetings.
  • Booking cannot be done using Skoolee App on mobile devices.
