Counseling
SCHOOL DIVISION High school counselors provide a range of services, including individual, academic, and career counseling to assist
The High School students throughout their high school experience. Each counselor maintains regular communication with parents to

Grades 9 -12 support students’ well-being and academic success. The Counselors supervise external tests including MAP, PSAT, SAT
and AP (Advanced Placement examinations). Students in grade 9 and 10 are provided information about successful study
habits, goal setting, course selection, time management, graduation requirements and career information. The grade 11
and 12 students are guided through the university admissions process and provided information on college admissions
procedures, selecting colleges, meeting regional requirements, and using BridgeU, a college and career exploration
platform, to facilitate researching college requirements and completing college applications.

Ministry Scientific Path
Students wishing to pursue a scientific path in university are required by the Kuwait Ministry of Education to successfully
