High School Permanent Substitute Teacher for SY2025-2026
The Student Life Specialist supports the planning and coordination of all non-athletic extracurricular activities for students across PS, ES, MS, and HS. This role focuses on enriching student experiences through clubs, events, trips, and cultural programs. The SLS works closely with School Principals, faculty, and the Central Office to create an engaging and well-organized student life environment.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Organize student clubs, initiatives, and cultural activities.
Coordinate local and international field trips and ensure MOE approvals.
Handle event logistics, budgets, payments, and facility use.
Prepare communication, forms, and promotional materials for activities.
Collaborate with PR for announcements and student life updates.
Plan and execute the annual Student Life Awards Nights.
Assist in evaluating programs and parent feedback.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Student Affairs, or similar field
Experience working with students in a school or higher education setting
The School Videpgrapher is responsible for planning, filming, and editing videos that could be used for a variety of purposes, including, but not limited to, social media promotions, advertisements, and other PR led school initiatives. The videographer is expected to deliver the product according to specifications outlined to present a complete, polished project on deadline.
o Minimum Qualifications
o Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Communication/ Communications & Media or related field
o Trained in video production, videography, or related
o Excellent computer skills
o Bilingual (Arabic & English)
o Animation design skills are a plus

Minimum Experience
