Kuwaitization Program
The Mentorship Program aims to train young Kuwaiti professionals to teach at private sector schools. We offer mentorship program to high achieving, motivated Kuwaiti individuals, with a bachelor’s
degree in subjects transferrable to K-12 education (example, majoring in Math, Science, IT, Art, etc.). If you love teaching and are willing to take your career forward in teaching, you have arrived
at the right place! We will provide you with a paid opportunity to be trained and mentored under the guidance of our highly qualified and experienced teacher-mentors, with job prospects upon
successful completion of the program. The program starts in August and ends in June of each academic year.
