BBS follows a US/Canadian curriculum for subjects taught in English; candidates applying for these positions, and, who are holding a North American teaching qualification and/or a minimum of 2 years teaching experience within a North American and/or international school environment, will be given preference.
B.S. or B.A. in subject area (Math) required; Certified in subject and grade level; 4+ years of experience teaching high school math (Algebra I and II, Geometry) to grades 9-12; Familiar with Common Core curriculum; Fluent in English; Experience incorporating technology as a resource. The ideal candidate will inspire students through core art classes and engaging electives such as Principles of Design, Form + Media, and Introduction to Ceramics. The teacher will foster artistic expression, creativity, and innovation while integrating art within interdisciplinary STEAM learning experiences.
