Recruitment Procedure
BBS accepts applications from well-qualified teaching and administrative staff with a minimum of:

A bachelor’s degree (specific to the position); master’s degree preferred

A teaching license, certification or diploma
-
At least two years ofexperience in the specialty for which they seek a position.

Background checks will be conducted on all successful candidates.

Due to Kuwait laws, a work/residence visa will not be issued to individuals who test positive for HIV, Hepatitis B/C, and/or TB.

Age restrictions apply on work visas issued by the local government.

BBS follows a US/Canadian curriculum for subjects taught in English; candidates applying for these positions, and, who are holding a North American teaching qualification and/or a minimum of 2 years teaching experience within a North American and/or international school environment, will be given preference.
