
Yasmine F. M. Al-Saleh has a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Bryn Mawr College (1996), and a master’s degree in History of Art from the University of Pennsylvania (2002). Yasmine has a second master’s degree in Middle Eastern Studies from Harvard University (2006). She recently completed her PhD dissertation at Harvard University. It is a joint degree in Middle Eastern Studies and History of Art and Architecture.
Moving back to Kuwait in January 2011, Ms. Al-Saleh rejoined the Board in the Fall of 2011. Her primary focus on the Board is a commitment to academic excellence at Al-Bayan Bilingual School and Fawzia Sultan International School. Yasmine was a BBS PTA member from 1996-1998 and Board member from 1996-2000.



Ms. Al Mufarrej started her career at Gulf Investment Corporation as a trainee at the Projects Division. She then joined the Managed Funds Division (MFD) and was an active member of the team that selected managers for various asset classes following rigid guidelines. The assets of the MFD consisted of Private Equity Funds, Hedge Funds, Special Investment Vehicles (SIVs), Managed Futures Fund, and Global Equities Funds.
Ms. Al Mufarrej worked closely with other divisions as well such as; Finance Division, Risk Management, and Treasury on Budget, Tactical Asset Allocation, and Strategic Asset Allocation. In addition, she reviewed MFD’s Guidelines, Processes, Procedures, and Internal Control Frameworks along with Risk Management Division, Compliance and Control Division, and Audit Division.
Ms. Al Mufarrej is an Al-Bayan Bilingual School (BBS) alumna. Mrs. Al Mufarrej is a parent of two daughters at BBS.

Joined FAWSEC as Curriculum Developer in 2013 and then got promoted to Academic Affairs Officer in 2016 and now serve in the capacity of CEO. Currently in charge of the school Directors (Al-Bayan Bilingual School and Al-Bayan International School), human resources, professional development, IT, education technology management and admissions. Some of the projects that she has worked on include:
