Skoolee
BBS has adopted the Skoolee school management and student information system (SIS) for students in pre-nursery to grade 12. Currently, the following functions are active on Skoolee:
- Student course registration
- Report cards and transcripts
- Attendance, health and discipline records and alerts
- Health records
- School event calendar
- Gradebook and weekly teacher schedules
- Students and Parents Portal
- Online course registration for Middle School and High School elective courses
- Timetables
There are benefits to using Skoolee for all members of the BBS Community:
Principals and Heads of Department can:
- Monitor students’ learning progress, discipline, and attendance
- Monitor teacher weekly schedules
- Run instant reports on student grades, progress reports, teachers, courses, subjects, and more
- Maintain medical histories of all students
- View teacher and student timetables and the master schedule
Teachers can:
- Build and upload lesson plans for all their courses
- Upload weekly schedules
- View, manage and upload grades by assignment, exam, term course, and across, and throughout terms
- Keep up with school announcements, events and holidays
Students can:
- Access their teachers’ weekly schedules
- View their registered courses
- View their grades by assignment, exam, term course, and throughout terms
- Monitor their conduct performance and attendance records
- Keep up with school announcements
- Keep up-to-date with a combined personal and school-wide online calendar
Parents can:
- Access their children’s grades by assignment, exam, and term course
- Monitor their children’s conduct and attendance records
- View their children’s course schedules
- Keep up with what is happening in school with announcements, news, and school events and holidays
- Keep up-to-date with a combined personal and school-wide online calendar
