ES: Grade 5 Parent Orientation to Middle School.

Dear Parents,

As our children grow their way through their elementary experience at BBS, the time eventually arrives for them to move on to Middle School (MS). We eagerly look forward to receiving them in our learning environment. To help families to better understand the MS, we would like to invite all the fifth grade parents to an orientation session on this important move. We will share via an informative presentation, how you can help your child plan for Middle School; what they should expect, and how best to get prepared. The Principal, Assistant Principal, and Grade 6 Counselor will be present to answer any questions that you might have.

For those parents who can’t make it in person on the day, we will be live streaming the event. Further details will be posted on Instagram as the date approaches.

This is part of a range of transition activities that we have planned over the coming weeks. We will be meeting with fifth grade students on Wednesday May 1^st at 12:30 p.m. It is an exciting and important event for them so please ensure your child is able to attend school on that day.

We also look forward to you joining us as we prepare our students for a new chapter at BBS. Please be sure to put this important date on your calendar.
