Parents & Teachers Conferences

Dear Parents,
We hope that you and your families are well.
We would like to inform you that the progress reports for Grades 1-12 will be available on Skoolee on Tuesday, November 10th.
Parent Teacher Virtual Conferences:
- PreSchool and Elementary: PTCs will be as scheduled on Wednesday, November 11 and Thursday, November 12, in addition to Sunday, November 15th so that we guarantee that our teachers are meeting more parents, without having to cancel any of the online classes. Times and details are per the following schedule:

- PTC information:
- Booking system will be closed on (Tuesday 10th November) at 2:30 p.m. (the day before the conferences).
- To make a booking, please use Skoolee website: https://skoolee.bbs.edu.kw/skoolee, following the process shown in the attached document.
- Parents will have to use their children’s BBS account, please make sure you have the username and password before logging into the meetings.
- Booking cannot be done using Skoolee App on mobile devices.
- Each conference is for 10 minutes. It is important to adhere to this time limit to ensure that all parents can meet with their child’s teachers at the allocated times. If you need additional time with your child’s teacher, or if all booking slots were unavailable; please feel free to make another appointment with the school’s receptionist.
- Each school administration will email teacher zoom details to parents before the conferences.
